At MID SOUTH SALES, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality petroleum products and services. Please review our return policy carefully.

1General Return Policy

Due to the nature of petroleum products and lubricants, returns are subject to strict guidelines to ensure product integrity and safety. All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be in their original, unopened containers with intact seals. Opened or partially used products cannot be accepted for return due to safety and quality control regulations.

2Eligible Returns

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: Products that are damaged, defective, or do not meet specifications upon delivery
  • Incorrect Orders: Products delivered that do not match the order specifications
  • Shipping Errors: Products damaged during transit or delivered to the wrong location
  • Unopened Containers: Products in original, sealed containers that were ordered in error

3Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used petroleum products and lubricants
  • Custom-blended or specially ordered products
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Products past the 30-day return window
  • Bulk fuel deliveries that have been dispensed

4Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Step 2:Provide your order number, delivery date, and reason for return
  3. Step 3:Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible
  4. Step 4:Products must be returned in original containers with all documentation
  5. Step 5:Refunds or replacements will be processed within 10-15 business days after inspection

5Refunds and Credits

Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not due to defects or errors on our part.

For bulk deliveries, credits may be issued to your account for future purchases rather than direct refunds, depending on the circumstances.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective products, please notify us immediately upon delivery. Take photographs of the damaged items and packaging to expedite the claims process.

We will arrange for pickup of damaged products and provide replacement products or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
